Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Guwahati - Cherapunjee (Sohra) ➤

(120 kms, 3-4 hours road time)

Start a morning journey from Guwahati toward Umiam. Enjoy some peaceful moments by the lake, take photographs, and go for a boat ride (if time available). After your visit to Umiam Lake, continue your journey towards Sohra (Cherrapunji). Stop at Mawkdok Valley, one of the iconic places in Meghalaya, with its beautiful deep gorges. Enjoy zip lining with ‘Pioneer Adventure Tour’. Visit Garden of Caves with several spots like Ka Synrang Syiem (the king's cave), U Mawdohnud (heart-shaped rock), and wishing stream. End the day with check-in and relaxation at the hotel.

Day 2: Sohra - Sohra ➤

(60 km, 2 hours road time)

After breakfast, explore Sohra starting with Nohsngithiang (Seven Sister Waterfalls) and summit view of Bangladesh. Visit Arwah cave, known for limestone walls with fossils. Discover the beautiful waterfalls at Mawkma village, including Mawsawa Falls, Lyngksiar Falls, and Prut Falls. End the day by visiting Nohkalikai Waterfalls for a sunset view.

Day 3: Sohra - Guwahati ➤

(170 kms, 6-6.5 hours road time)

After breakfast, visit Mawphlang Sacred Forest and take a guided walk. Explore Khasi Heritage Village, learn about tribal stories, and see rare flora and fauna (time permitting). Drive to Guwahati Airport, ending the tour.
