Nartiang is a village located in the Jaintia Hills district of the northeastern Indian state of Meghalaya. It is renowned for being home to one of the largest and most unique monolith collections in the region. Monoliths are large, upright stones often used as memorials, markers, or religious symbols by various indigenous cultures.

Amlarem is famous for various Waterfalls an is a popular tourist attraction located in the state of Meghalaya in northeastern India. The waterfall is situated in the West Jaintia Hills district. It is known for its stunning natural beauty and is often visited by both locals and tourists.

Itinerary
  • Start your day from shillong  

  • Drive to  Laitlum Canyons where you would experience scenic landscapes and rolling hills. 

  • Head to Larnai Village to experience the process of Black Pottery, this form of pottery is unique not only because of the material used, but the way in which it is crafted. All of these plays an important role in why these pots are so unique and beautiful. 

  • Head towards Nartiang monolith, enjoying  a scenic drive through lush landscapes and picturesque hills along the way 

  • Visit Krang Suri Falls, known for its blue water. One of Meghalaya's most beautiful and picturesque waterfalls. Lush greenery surrounds this magnificent body of water. 

  • Return to Shillong
