A trip to Mawkma village, known for its beautiful waterfalls and clear pools. After hiking along a lush green trail, you arrive at a stunning waterfall that cascades into a crystal clear pool. You take a refreshing swim before hiking to the next waterfall, an even more impressive sight than the first. Here, you spend more time swimming, jumping off rocks and admiring the views. There are many waterfalls to choose from in this location and we can do some water activities such as snorkeling, swimming and cliff-jumping. It will be a day filled with adventure.

Itinerary

  • Start your day early, with a Morning breakfast 

  • Drive to Mawkma Village. 

  • Visit Lyngksiar Falls for its cascades and for its crystal-clear natural pool where we can enjoy some water activities. 

  • Go to Janailar Falls, a natural pool where we can enjoy some water activities such as swimming and cliff-jumping. 

  • Head to Prut Falls and explore the falls and enjoy the natural beauty 

  • Visit Mawsawa Falls, a serene spot for visitors to enjoy the beauty of cascading water against a backdrop of verdant landscapes. 

  • Drive back to Shillong.
